Do I need a meet and greet before booking?

No. You can book straight away and your dates are confirmed the moment your booking goes through. I'm experienced with nervous dogs and shy cats, and I read every note you leave in the booking. If you'd like to talk first, call or text me any time. A phone call is always welcome and never required.

Question 2

How do you get into my home?

Accepted Answer

Whatever works for you: a lockbox, a hidden key, a smart lock code, or a quick key handoff. You tell me in the booking form and I confirm it by text before the first visit.

What if my pet needs medication?

Accepted Answer

Pills, liquids, insulin, ear drops, and special diets are all fine. Put the dose and timing in your pet notes and I'll follow it exactly, then confirm it in each update.

Will I get updates?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after every single visit. You'll get a text with photos and a quick note on how it went: eaten, walked, litter scooped, cuddles delivered.

What does 'up to two pets included' mean?

One price covers up to two pets that live in the same home. If you have a dog and a cat, or two dogs, you pay the normal price. If you have three or more pets, each extra pet is $5 more per visit or per night.

Where does an overnight stay happen?

You choose. I can stay at your home from 7 PM to 7 AM so your pet keeps their routine, or your pet can stay at my home for $10 more. The second option is for people who would rather not have someone in their house while they are away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours or more before the first visit for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, half is refunded. Holiday bookings are not refundable within 7 days of the first visit.

Which days count as holidays?

Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve through the day after Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Visits and nights on those days add $10 each.

What is the difference between my home and Brianna's home?

At your home ($65 per night) I come to you. Your pet keeps their bed, their yard, and their routine. At my home ($75 per night, $10 more) your pet comes to stay with me. That option is for pet parents who would rather not have someone in their house while they are away, or who cannot host a sitter. You pick the one you are most comfortable with when you book.

What hours are you actually there?

7 PM to 7 AM, every night you book. If you need a midday visit on top of that, add a drop in visit and I'll come back during the day.

Can I book more than one night?

Yes. Pick your first night and your last night on the calendar and every night in between is included.

How do I choose 30, 60, or 90 minutes?

30 minutes ($25) covers food, water, litter or potty, and a quick cuddle. 60 minutes ($35) adds a real play session or a short walk. 90 minutes ($45) is for pets who want company and attention for a good stretch. Every extra 30 minutes is $10 more.

Yes. Choose morning, midday, or evening, or any combination, and I'll come by at each of those times.
